Featured Gorgeous uranium plate with SILVER INLAY help id

Garage sale find.
It has some markings that I'm unable to identify. Helo please.

I think you mean silver overlay, not inlay...?
It is probably stamped "Sterling" somewhere on that silver.

I would call it "elegant glass", 1920s-1930ish.

Someone will correct if I am wrong. Hope you get an ID.

Edit: PS, please give measurements what is the diameter? Are you sure it's a plate and not a console bowl? Maybe I'm getting an optical illusion from the pictures but it looks like the sides are curved downward toward the table top.

 

Normally the silver on a plate like this would be marked at least with the word sterling. Do you see it anywhere?

 

They are not mark sterling but its STERLING I TESTED.
It's a 9 3/4 inch diameter plate.
The edge is not bend down

 

looks to have a raised ring/circle in the middle to hold a mayo or dip bowl; so possibly part of a mayo or cracker set. Several companies made very similar plain trays/underplates. Many silver décors remain unknown or uncatalogued.
