Got this wonderful piece of furniture, could anyone give me price estimations?

Pretty high prices we used to had the full set of another table 2 chairs and a desk but we threw it on the dumpster years ago should of checked the price I guess

 

Think that is a very fair price. Maybe not full retail but seldom do you get full retail when selling. This, arguably, nicer one sold for only $2400.00.

JMHO. neither Swiss nor Bavarian or German. made in the style of the heavy German stuff of the Historismus or also called Altdeutsch (old German). but probably produced in Northern Italy between the Swiss border and Milano.
I very much doubt that without proven provenance anybody would pay those prices. here a new one.

I agree with Fid, the term Bavarian or German could be just a term for a style, which was not actually made in Germany.
Like Belgian furniture which is called 'French Provincial' overseas, etc, etc.
