Grandmother’s wall art

My grandmother owned an antique store in the 50’s. This is one piece that has stuck around ever since. Anyone know anything about it?

 

I don't recognize it. Look and see if there is a signature, is it a paper print, painting or watercolor and is it framed under glass. Hard to tell by the photo.

 

I think it is. There seem to be reflections.

 

It doesn’t look much different in person. The glass is very old so hard to tell.

Have seen this print many times before. Likely a mass produced offset lithograph..... unless grandma had the original.

 

I have too. If I’m not mistaking I saw it on Antique Roadshow last week and could not figure out why it looked so familiar to me.

 

The print looks like the same genre of some I have. I think they're circa 1940s or 50s. The paintings they're based on give me a 1930s or 40s feel, but that's just a hunch.

If you look at the print under magnification, do you see tiny, regular-shaped dots? If yes, it's an offset print, which usually doesn't have much value.
