    Hi,
    I still my father's Harris wool overcoat. He bought it in 1918. I have replaced all of the buttons and stitched up some small tears but it still looks great.

    Harris Tweed is nigh on indestructible. I've 40s pieces and that's young. There are families who literally pass the stuff down generations.
