can someone tell me what this is and possibly the green stone.
It is 2 1/2" wide, 1/2" thick. Green stone with a frog in the middle.
With a swivel mount on the top.

It is a Chinese Bi pendant or Bi-disc pendant. A Bi symbolizes heaven, the frog stands for fertility. The stone is green quartz. It is likely there was another symbol on the other side, probably a Chinese auspicious character.

Many of those 'jade' ones are actually quartz. The Chinese call many precious and semi-precious stones jade, and many non-Chinese think that any Chinese green stone is jade.

The Chinese are wonderfully nonspecific in their language. For example, any kind of rodent is a rat (even a kangaroo is called "bag rat"... And it's a marsupial...)
