The $18 one above appears to be Bankoware for sure!

I’m on my phone and also with terrible eyesight but it could be from a mold with hand touched accenting.
I’ll have a better look later on a full size screen.
It looks very familiar, I’m sure I’ve seen it before.

Thanks for your help with this, Anund, much appreciated. The bottom looks mold cast, but the rest doesn't look cast to me. Could it just have some hand working to the clay body, even if it's mold cast and not a one of a kind?

Here’s the one I’ve seen before, similar yet very different.

Funny who decides what's ugly & what's not - my roommate couldn't help but blurt out how ugly my new face cloths are... they're grey!

But that's ok, more for us "ugly lovers" - she won't be using my clean cloths! Hehe

Same with our fugly junk! yay!

Hey - look what I found right here on antiquers :)

    Banko ware pottery nodder
I see it spelled as both one word and two.

It looks like a low-fired bisque(?) that gets dirty pretty easily and absorbs water, so can get worn out over the years. I do think @charlie cheswick 's is probably same type of ware, if not Bankoware.

    Trocadero!

Bankoware has been around since the 18th Century, according to Wikipedia

    :/

I use the "angel" and "hilarious" emos here - I can't decipher the other adorable emos available...

Anything in between sweet and adorable is open to interpretation and therefore useless, in my opinion
