It seems clear this figure originally held a globe. It measures almost 9 inches tall. I can't figure out the brand mark on the bottom. Any thoughts? lady1.jpg lady2.jpg

Does the hole seem to go through from the head to the bottom? Maybe was a lamp? Not sure, but others may come by and have other suggestions.

Looks like Heisey mark - so maybe Heisey made the missing glass globe??

There is no hole at the top - just a raised part - so it doesn't appear that it was a lamp.

I thought maybe Heisey too, but the Heisey marks I've seen have a definite vertical diamond while this one is more horizontal. I have not found any Heisey like this ... so far.

Yeah, it could be an H, but it also could be an I.
