And that is just like me. In my contrary mood ... that's what my face does

 

My godson's other half is a mad Moomin fan. We all ended up at the South Bank exhibition about them last year. Attendees almost all adult.

 

Moomins do seem to attract great affection! I never read them when I was growing up...too much of a Blyton Ho

 

Although all Moomins love bathing, guess they're not up to swimming the Atlantic. I gave one of the books to a friend, who loved it. Later told me she had sent it on to a woman she knows who is a children's literature specialist (professor if I recall correctly) & this woman also loved it & was shocked that she was completely unaware of the Moomins.
