Featured Hand blown vase - looks Czech?

    Hello, I am hoping to get some input on this vase. I have been avoiding acquiring larger pieces, but I could not leave this behind. My first thought is Czech simply because of the black handles and rim (reminiscent to me of Welz Tango). It measures just over 12" tall. Handle to handle is about 6 1/2". The glass almost looks foiled but I'm not sure that is the right term. The pink color is a little lighter in real life and the speckly effect is sort of goldish; the handles and rim are black (or close enough). The pontil is rough, but the bottom has been smoothed. Please let me know if you could use more, better pictures. Your thoughts? Thank you for looking as always!
