Hand Embellished? Print

Not 19th century I think. More like post production embellishment? Overall nicely done besides the smudged far ground. And why change the decoration of the jug?

 

I don't think it's a print. I think it's a hand painted copy. Compare the image Jivvy shows in post 5 to the others... it's head and shoulders better. A print would be either more faithful, or deliberately and obviously altered.
