There were the appropriate apologies and it was chalked up as unintentional and as a learning experience. This area of Indiana has a lot to answer as regards our race relations. The Ku Klux Klan was headquartered in the county just north of here for many years and, while the city is about 10% black, the counties surrounding us are nearly all white. I&#039;m going to stop here as I can go on for quite some time regarding Indiana and its relations with its minority communities.
