Hand painted tie

    Foster House Tie.jpg Hi! does anyone have any information on "Foster House" and the tie (when you wear tie, the writing looks like a design. But, when held sideways, it has the name "Ralph E, Byrd" Any insight?

    Yes. I'd make a point of avoiding Ralph if I met him at a convention.

    Apparently, Foster House of Peoria, IL was a gift/decor mail-order company in the 1960s. From what I can see of width, that seems about right.
