Handcrafted pottery mug signed

Here is another piece I have had for awhile now. I been trying off and on to see if I could figure out the maker that signed this mug, no luck so I am here again.
Anyone know ?

I really like it but I think it's a creamer or pitcher with that pour spout. I sure wish artists would realize that someone might not know them personally and would really like to be able to read their writing.

 

But... that might get in the way of artistic freedom!
