I bought these two very nice framed prints????? (Framing is such a pain the "you know what". Without the frame it'd be so much easier to figure stuff out)

I know these aren't original. But, it's the type of print I'm trying to figure out. Because how these were printed drastically changes their value.

    The PRINT
The paper they're printed on is 6.5" x 9.5" (as you can see there's then 3 different mats)
The black is the blackest black I've ever seen. It's also completely flat. It does shine a bit more than the other colors under a light.
I do not see dots under a magnifying glass.

    The Framing
Done by The Colorwheel in McLean VA.
The points of the nails used are sticking out of the paper in the back. It'd be very easy to cut yourself. I imagine this was done decades ago and not this century.

Harold Simmons was extremely famous in St Lucia. He died in 1966. Most of his work was lost in a fire in 2018.

Any ideas of what type of printing was used to create these?
