    As Owned asked - does it work?

    Is this an online sale, or are you going in to pick it up?
    If picking it up, ask them to plug it into a phone jack to see if it works.
    If on line sale, you need to ask if they will take it back if it doesn't work.

    He says it works, local sale. He’s asking $45. Not sure if I’m going to get it.

    At this time very few sales are happening. The worst he can do is say no.
