Heavy ring vase with calligraphic (?) Motif

    Not sure if this is just studio pottery or Japanese with concentric rings and calligraphic motif (?) in temmoku glaze. Any thoughts? It has grown on me quite bit. :)

    Also looks like it needs a dip in some CLR to remove the stains around the rim.
