Hello everyone!

My name is Taylor, I just joined Antiquers and am excited to be here!

I recently discovered my passion for hunting for old dusty treasures thanks to my husband who works with his brother in-law clearing/cleaning estates. My husband used to bring all kinds of unusual items home from work that i would get to dig through. This went on until i realized that I was able to go with him to help with the cleaning of the estates and find my own treasures. Ever since then I have been in love with antiques and the story they have to tell. Something about finding an item i have never seen before and researching it until I know all about that particular type of item really fascinates me.

I am so happy I found this website. I posted my first question yesterday and received some many of responses which i was not expecting. I am very excited to be a part of such an active community!

 

Hi Taylor! It does become addicting. I've had the bug for quite a few years.
