    My name is April and I am a newbie to the Antiquing world. I love everything old, vintage, dated and antique!

    We are re-building a 1930's farmhouse in a rural Tennessee community that once thrived during the railroading era. The home has family history to very close friends of ours and the property dates back to the civil war.

    I have been scouring antique malls, yard sales and thrift stores looking for just the right things for our home. I am learning a lot along the way but excited to learn more about the history behind these unique finds!

    Hello, April. Sounds like you have a big but rewarding task ahead of you. At least you have a concrete reason for buying antiques. Most of us are just addicts. We'll be interested to see things as you get them & happy to answer your questions. :happy:

    Hi April, and WELCOME!!! Wish I still had your ENERGY!!!! It was SO much FUN back when we were collecting and decorating!!!!! Now, we do a lot of dusting them!!!!!! BUT, we still love 'em!!!!:):):):)
