    Welcome!! I'm a newbie as well. I joined an antiques forum a few years ago, and I never stayed. They were only interested in high end antiques, and wouldn't give me the time of day unless it was worth a fortune. I got comments like, "This is a piece of junk" and "It's not worth anything, I wouldn't bother with it" etc. Since I deal in small, $20 ish antiques, it just wasn't worth my time to bother with them. They were rude and stuck up. I love it here, because nobody cares what you ask about, and I always get an answer pretty fast. Nobody makes me feel bad. ;)
