You're already getting the hang of it.
Your response is very fast though, sometimes we have to wait a week. Someone starts a thread, and after that we just talk amongst ourselves, waiting for extra photos or any sign of life.

Would you have any advice as to this brooch/pendant? The price is certainly right. My friend happens to love both and I believe this would be awesome for her but clearly not dirty. If you look closely you’ll notice the white is dirty, the bottom and the top right.

 

If your friend loves it and the price is right, why not.
You may want to post it in the 'Pottery, glass and porcelain forum' and wait for more details from the others, this is not my field really.

Any Jeweler - thank you for your recommendation. As an FYI, The 76J signifies the year, 1976. It was recommended to me to clean the brooch with a small damp piece of Magic Eraser.

Okay, I received a response from AntiqForum. You both were correct, (but not because they are from NYC) ... I was quoted at $20-$50. Crazy, ha? I’m thinking of writing back and asking what their set went up for auction at so this way I could read the reasoning. Ie... a copy or a con.
