Help dating/identifying old plate oriental pattern

    I came across the following old plate with an oriental pattern when sorting through a box of ceramics. It is 9ā€ wide and hand painted, but Iā€™m not sure of its age or whether it is Chinese/Japanese or whether it is English with an oriental design or any potential maker.

    It's Chinese in the famille rose pallete, late 18th to early 19th century.
