BMRT Jewelry cherry-picker, lover of silver

    Greetings,

Can anyone make out what this says? I’ve ordered this little piece online and can’t make out etching on the back. It’ll be at my new residence in a week or so. Maybe then I’ll be able to get better pictures.

Any help is appreciated! What the seller listed it as was coral, 1950’s.

This looks like shell to me. 64667F4A-F5C0-4BC0-98A8-C44A16D3B0D1.jpeg F1746FBF-1CF6-472F-AC70-CA66511761CE.jpeg 070B01D3-EF10-4EF1-832B-E692F1D9F36B.jpeg

Do you mean an inscription in the shell or the markings on the mount?
I am sure you will be able to do a better job, so I will wait.:)

Could be a generic manufacturer's code.

Unless it says H GOLD (dot) LTD-or-ETA W B-or-8 1-or-I, I'll also need to wait for a better pic. :hilarious:

It’s arrived, I think it’s gold plated but the little marks meaning by it are still a mystery. 24CF13EC-90F9-47A1-B702-AD05B6F75B77.jpeg F8C9DF7A-0117-4101-9DC4-A636EC6041F1.jpeg B21EB685-FF11-4C7D-A1E1-CB8E8E9DBA77.jpeg 54473C61-BD25-4987-A2CF-D2ECBE97B5A1.jpeg D5FDF03F-6DC3-4474-A776-880963A4B9FC.jpeg She’s also a rather thick shell.

If it is vermeil it is goldplated silver.

Do the last three say WBS? Or WBB?

    I think WBS
And it says gold pltd, so plated. I don't know if vermeil would have the same mark. It wouldn't here in the Netherlands.
