Help for a metal scultpure

Hello.

This a metal sculpture bought years ago.
It's unsigned , brass or bronze ; I wasn't able to identify artist and/or nation.
The object measures 30 x 10 cm.
On the back is flat and without any sign or mark.
Any help will be welcome.

I'm getting a Scandinavian vibe on this.

 

A bit further southwest.
It is modeled after a Dutch 'speculaaspop', a biscuit. A bit like a gingerbread man but not as soft.

 

It's an idea. I'll try to taste it

 

They're nice, the dough has spices in it.

Ordered up some Halloween cookie cutters ! Me and the boy will give this a try !

I think I would like them without the

1 g ground white pepper
2 g aniseed powder

Not unlike Ginger bread or Pumpkin Pie spices, and I love a good pumpkin pie !

 

Don't skip the pepper, you can't pick it out it but it gives a nice kick!
