Help ID germany planter?

    hi i picked this up at my local thrift today. Its marked germany on the botyom but very hard to see in the pics because it pretty tiny and blends in with the white. Also has numbers on it too. Couldnt find one similar unfortunately. Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

    INH's link calls it a vase & I agree. Would be very hard to use it as a planter.

    Sorry its a vase. I saw dirt in it with sticks but got it cleaned out. Thank you all for the info. I think whoever had it put little flowers in it.
