    Hello friends,

    i'd like to id this elegant .... sugar bowl ? What could it be its usage ?

    Even the mark, M.F. Limoges, i cannot find easily in the web

    Nice gold or golden decors, elegant item, i cannot date it.

    Diameter circa cm 16

    The MJ or MI (definitely not an F) is the mark of the decorating company, not the company that made the blank china. Decorators are very hard to pin down.

    Does look to me like post WWII, but that is just my gut feeling, not based on actual knowledge.

    Not for sugar - for earrings and rings, etc. And missing its lid. :(
