Hello! For a little backstory, I picked this guy up at an antique mall in our area. I saw him and just had to have him, though I know absolutely nothing about him. I would like to have others like him, especially if there's a collection, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to find anything like a manufacturer or even items similar to him in style/size. He's about 13" tall and has a number on the back: 9446. The marks above the number seem to read something like a large G and then DCP. However, the G is strangely shaped, with a straight line through it? I provided pictures, but it's very faint. Even if he can't be identified, what are the search terms I might use to find other figures of this style (of dress)? The sales tag indicated it was German (I think it said German Figure? Can't remember), but I never spoke directly to the seller to get any more information about it.

I don't even know if this is technically "antique" or how that term is defined, so I'm sorry in advance if this question doesn't belong on this site. I just thought some people here might be knowledgeable and able to steer me in the right direction.
