Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me identify the coat of arms engraved on a gold signet ring in my collection (photo attached). The design shows:

Two crosses fleury in the upper section,
Three wheatsheaves (garbs) arranged across the middle,
One cross fleury below,
And the Latin motto “PER HONOR VIRTUSQUE” surrounding the shield.
The ring itself is 18-carat gold (marked 750), hallmarked in London, and appears to date from the late 20th century, although I can’t be certain. I’d love to learn more about:

Which family, institution, or region these arms might be associated with,
Whether the motto appears in any heraldic records,
And any tips on where to look next (College of Arms, local heraldic registries, etc.).
Many thanks in advance for any insights, ideas, or references — I’d really appreciate the help! Best wishes,
