Featured Help identifying opalescent glass bottle

    I'm stumped on this extremely well made white opalescent large barber bottle? It has 32 white stripes. Stands 9 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" wide. The stripes on base are very distinctive, I believe that is the key to maker. Been collecting for 40 years and have never seen another. Need help with identification of maker...
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Could it be Flint glass? I don't know, I've never owned a piece.

    The way the rim at the top is shaped and finished, I'm thinking this wasn't actually a barber bottle, but rather a vase.
