Hi I am new to this forum. I picked up these Soviet Russian Metal shields, I am wondering what they might be and if they are worth anything to a collector.

    Many thanks

Stalin's ghost likely tortured and killed itself so probably not.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    Anything on the backs?

I won't have time to get out dictionaries to translate the mottoes, but they seem to just be sort of rallying cries and other Soviet sayings. The two men on the first one are Lenin and Stalin, of course.

Hi guys, so there is no writing on the back of the items, just a texture that seems to look like a mould lining or such like. The small item (the Lenin and Stalin heads) are around 6" in height and the larger shield is around 15" in height.
