Featured Help indentifying - Belleek & Haviland

I have some antiques I need help identifying and/or placing value on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Items are a Belleek vase and Haviland 25 pc dish set

Your vase I believe is "American Belleek" made by the Ceramic Art Company.

I'm thinking the price on ARS might be off, just like it is for so many antiques.

The two closest vases that sold on Ebay were $185. and $79.95. Liveauctioneers didn't have any recent sales and you have to go back to 2013 to find one that went for $500...
