Can anyone help me with any information about this? I fell in love with this painting, it’s about 24 x 46. Looks like it was reframed possibly in the 40s but I need help with the art itself. It seems to be a print or something of the sort on thick paper, almost cardboard like. On the bottom left is embossed “coloured by Joseph Wilson senb” and on the bottom right are two embossments, “George kirschner & co sole agents” and “Photographische berlin Gesellschaft”. You can see and feel the paint strokes. Any help would be so wonderful, thank you!!

May be a hand-colored lithograph or mezzotint. photographische berlin gesellschaft translates to: photographic berlin society

Joseph Wilson comes up quite a bit in a Google search with "hand-colored", so maybe a search with his name and the title of the artwork will yield results.
