Help w/Artist Signature - Wyland-ish Dolphins/Underwater Signed & Numbered in Gold

    This is one of the pieces I found at a thrift store last week along with 4 old watercolors by Chinese artist Ling & 4 vintage Earth Series posters by Schim Schimmel.

    It is signed & numbered in gold but while I know I've seen the signature before (in gold then too) I can't make it out or remember who it is - I'm thinking Christian? or something like that?

    Can anyone tell me who the artist is of this?
