it only buttons one way so don't think its reversible, more of a shirt than a jacket
sadly don't think 60s, but interesting none the less
think you'd have to be a rock star to pull it off !

 

Hum... Certainly more interesting than looked in first photographs. Tailoring expertise evident. Why don't you contact the clothing curator at one of the museums that holds pieces of his and see if anyone would take the time to answer query as to how old "designed by" label is? The Fashion Museum, Bath, the Museum of London and the V&A are the three. Or... perhaps better yet -- contact this fellow who gave one of the designer's suits to the V&A. May have been designed by him, but I bet never saw Savile Row. The manufacture is nowhere near the quality. Given the lack of content/care labels, unless they were removed, it's earlier than the 80s.
