Hi, I recently picked up these oil on board paintings, the two with the cattle are in poor condition but I was just drawn to them, anything you can tell me would be great.
    Thanks,

I can see why. The one is probably highland cattle, a common subject. You can find other examples with a quick internet search. Artist's signature appears to read "Adams," at least to my eye. Someone else sure to have different opinion.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

You probably already figured out that the signature on the first one is A. Williams, dated 1894.
