HELP WITH ARTIST OF COOL 'POP'(?) ART PAINTING

    I found this today at a local thrift store - at first I thought it was the French Quarter but then realized it is Brazil.
    I tried googling Monteiro artist, but a few came up - and none that I found whose first name ended in EO
    Is this pop art? Caricature art?
    Any help would be appreciated

    Could be him. Lady looks similar and the siggie.

    Debora I was going to take a photo of it but it's just a sticker for the framing company - It looked like a Michaels sticker but it's another large art/frame store I can't remember at the moment (I just woke up) celebrating it's 35th anniversary - I will get a photo of it later but here's 1 taken from last photo above
