I bought a lot of Chinese art when I was in China, this is the only piece that I lost the receipt and artists name. I liked it because it reminded me of the older guys who hung out in the parks.

Anyway, I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have a clue who the artist might be?

I asked reddit translate to help me with the artists name, but not sure how accurate it is:

"This looks like a Chinese transcription of a Tibetan name, reading péngcuò zhāxī 彭措扎西, which could be a version of Phuntsok Tashi (Wylie: phun-tshogs bkra-shis) ཕུན་ཚོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་"
