Featured Help with cut glass tray please.

I have this glass tray which is 17" by 6", about 3/4" high edge. My inclination is to call it a dresser tray. What can anyone tell me about this, period, pattern, maker? Most of it feels cut to me. I think it's gorgeous and I'm blessed, I can not find so much as a tiny nick or chip!

I'm not a glass guru for sure, but what a pretty tray! So the color is sort of pale blue? Hopefully someone will come along with an ID or suggestion as to origin.

 

I looked but could not find a match on google.
It is pretty and would be nice on a table filled with cookies.
I hope someone here can help you out.
