Help with dating Republic of China Vase/Lamp Thingy

Hu guys,

How is everyone? I hope to find everyone safe and healthy! I have this and I am stumped. It looks hand-painted to me and was a vase made into a lamp? Just a WAG. It is approx 20" tall and in good condition. I was wondering if anyone recognizes anything about it and cares to share! Thank you very much

 

Well the republic ended in 1949 so that's a start

 

I am always nervous someone might have put those types of things on to give it age It does appear to be old but I was not sure it would be as old as that! Thank you

 

I think you're ok on this one @gauntlettgems and republic stuff can sometimes be pricey

 

Gonna see if I can look up by just the stuff on the bottom I thought I tried before and found nothing This has been sitting around for a few years for ID lol TY!
