Featured Help with figurine

I inherited this figurine from my mother but have no info on it. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Looks German to me. Maybe Ludwigsburg?

    The difference in the crown makes me think this is a Ludwigsburg wannabe. I hesitate to say it (as this seems to me to have become a catchall for unknown marks), but maybe Samson? (Is it too new for Samson?)

    It's a nice figurine and I can't say with certainty that it is this or it's not that.

    I’ve searched for hours and hours and have yet to find a similar figurine or similar markings.
    My great aunt brought in home from Germany when she was a nurse in WW2
