    Looks like Blanche E Duncombe

There is a Marjorie Blanche Eva Duncombe (née Greville, later Beckett), Countess of Feversham of Ryedale but she was born after the date of your picture 1884-1964

I was thinking Blanche C. Qumcombe, but no joy in that either. Watercolor painting was part of the education of the privileged set. This could be a view painted either by or for a tourist. Maybe Lake Como?

On familysearch I found a Blanche Cordelia Duncombe who married one Preston Osborne Page in Clifton, Bristol in 1860. Born 1841, which may be a little late. Born in Antigua and at some kind of boarding school in Cliftton in the 1851 census.

The building resembles Chateau Chillon in Switzerland, but Chillon lacks that spire.

It looks like the name Ducombe is associated with the Rich
