Help with Identifying Metal Sculpture Artist's Signature

I tried to send to self, even a large number of photos, but it didn't ask what size frame like it used to.

 

Thank you I even called Apple and they said I could not take photos with smaller MB or change the size other than cropping and I do not think that changes the size. Tried to look up lit photo but couldn't find it.

 

I don't have an iPhone, but it probably has some sort of built-in editing feature. Maybe somebody here will let you know how to do it? My phone is a Samsung Android-based phone, and in the Gallery there is an option to edit a photo.
