Help with mark on chinese? Porcelain bowl

Hi, I was at a preview earlier for an auction coming up on the weekend . I saw this porcelain bowl so I figured I would take some pics and was wondering if someone could help me with the mark? It appears to have some age. Not sure if it's worth bidding on so figured I would see if anyone could help me identify the bowl. Thanks to any info.

 

Don't expect this to be older than mid-late 20th century at best. The low quality of the stamped marked, that blue inside the bowl and what appears to be rather sloppy decoration does not reflect the usual quality seen in older (read late 19thC into early 20th C) wares. Yes, it is Chinese.
