Help with marks please

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry for the poor quality of the photo of the marks, it's all I have to go off of for the time being. I'm wondering if anyone recognizes these?

    Just spent a long time trying to find a mark that might match this one. No luck, but I am convinced that this is a silver plate mark. There is just nothing there that would support sterling in a country likely to have been the source of this champagne bucket. Sorry, Nate. I tried!

    Perhaps it's just my imagination, but does the top of the stamp look like a standing Elephant?
