The ebay seller says "Dont let the price scare you", so I'm assuming his price is legit. However, as with anything with antiques, an item is worth what you get for it. This seller will not earn 40,000+, anyone can put that price tag on their item.

I can blow my nose in a tissue and list it for $1,400,000 right now! I predict you'll have a hard time selling what looks to be a resin cast of an item that doesn't seem sought after by collectors. It will likely sit around and maybe go for $5-20 to anyone who's tickled by it.

I'm unsure if eBay would be a good venue for it, either. I'd try a flea market or a local facebook group along with eBay.
