    Yes, it is listed (and marked) as 10k. All sales are final.

    In the UK , if something at auction is described as such and then found to be fake it can be returned for a refund. In the case of a misrepresentation they can’t say sales are final.

    Interesting! Not the case here. Unfortunately. Of course there may be some that do have a policy like that but I haven't come across any.
