Could be a totally unknown amateur but any suggestions on the name are welcomed.

Hands are that of an amateur painter. The pencil work is far stronger than the color, looks like a watercolor. How big is it?

The viaible area is approx. 13" x 20". It is a watercolor on arches paper. Looks like the pencil work was not just for outlining but more as part of the painting.
Surely the hands don't look well executed but the style is a bit loose so don't know if the artist did not know how to draw hands or was looking for more impressionistic appearance.
The writings in the signature between the first and the last visible parts are too faint so I cannot make any names out of them.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

First part might be DANIELL, but there are some parts that don't look like that. The rest looks too faint... Maybe LAI... something?
