Featured Help with signatures 1 Judaica piece + 1 cool photo(?) of 2 old ladies in front of Bingo sign

I found these 2 pieces today while at a local thrift store. The litho(?) I think is Judaica but I can't make out the signature to be sure - I see Bob Stern? but googling that name got me Herb Stern? Can anyone tell who the artist is? (image search didn't bring anything close). What city is it? (is it Jewish art?)
The 2nd one I think is a photograph(?) of 2 old friends standing in front of a Bingo sign. I like this one - they aren't rich, but they both seem very happy - dreaming of bingo wins(!?), but I have no idea what that signature reads? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Signature on the art looks like Jobe or Jole Stern.

 

It is Jerusalem, although the buildings aren't situated precisely like this. More of an artist's impression.
In the centre is the Western Wall, also known as the Wailing Wall.

 

I like the Bingo one too. Me thinks it may be 2 Russian women but I am just guessing.

 

Love the Bingo ladies! Sure looks like it's an outpost somewhere, but the sign is in English.

I'd say more Jersey Coast than Vegas.

 

I think the name "casino" is being applied to an entertainment complex, rather than a gambling establishment here. Typically, they would have a swimming pool and a dance hall.
