Help with Silver Marks - Figural Lidded Cup

I'm in need of some help on these silver marks, can't seem to put my finger on it for some reason. I've highlighted where the marks are on the main pic. The top mark is stamped upside down so I have rotated it, and the lower mark is stamped through the decorative border which isn't helping. Also if there is a specific name for the item then please enlighten me as I can't seem to find anything - it's not really practical to drink out of and there isn't a cut out for a spoon etc to use as a condiment.
