Help with this antique campaign/camping folding chair

I've had this beautiful folding chair for a while now. Canvas and wood with metal hardware. Chippy green paint with what looks like orange underneath it. Ornate tops.

Found in New England, USA.
Looks like it could possibly be old LL Bean or some other outdoors brand
No labels or markings I can find.

Guessing it is some kind of campaign or camping chair.

Does anybody by any chance know who could have made this and when? Does it have any significant value?

Instantly reminded me of a "Director's Chair". No Idea of the age though.

I've had many director's chairs in my life but I've never seen one with acorn finials. Very unusual. They have been a popular folding chair for a long time - this one looks old.

 

Beautiful patina on wood & canvas-vintage Cabin Chic,looks 1910-1940 (just a guess).

Not a lot of value on something like this. I think it would be difficult to get even $25.00 here in my semi-rural Midwest location. This would go for next to nothing at auction here. You might do better in your location.

 

Fair enough, thanks! This is way out of my area of expertise so just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything like it could be an LL Bean prototype or something haha.

That being said, I think I can definitely get more than $25 locally, even as a decorator piece
