Mine just has something you turn with your finger to dial. Why get new stuff if the old stuff still works? I understand we have had it so long it has come back into fashion.

I just asked my nephew what his house number is and he said #3. I said not the phone number but the house number he said he doesn't know. I asked if he called 911 what would he say to the house number was. He looked at me like I lost my mind. He said it shows up on the operators screen.

If he's on a landline, he's right.(LOL) It does help to know your own mailing address. It did take me ages to learn my own cell number; no one ever calls it but drunks anyway....

That's OK, I have no specific idea what a Walgreens is but suppose it is like Boots.

 

One up on Walgreen's, which doesn't take much. I much prefer a proper chemist, but these chain stores are all we can get here. They've pushed the independents out of business.
